Love In Two
I fell asleep and took a stroll.
On stepping stones that won't grow old.
Some are smooth and on others I slide.
The distant ones have reflections that hide.
Some are past memories of loss and goodbyes.
I feel them all until the walk awakens to you.
Then I smile and see love in two.
