Love In Fairytales

The princess in her tower Bitter for so long Angry that she had to wait For the right one And not just be saved Forever hating her prince before they even met Because he will rescue her For her beautiful voice Not because she is in need Resentment looks so lovely When she's trapped and locked away The prince upon his horse Not really so courageous Just out to flee his problems Not to save his future bride Never thought to use his riches To help the ones in need Only stumbles upon the sound Of the helpless singing beauty That will forever hold a grudge But she looks good So he will too And isn't that the point
