Love in a storm

The cold North wind is blowing
I don't know where I'm going
The ship is rolling heavy on the sea

The snow is falling harder
My love is drifting farther
In her arms is where I'd rather be

It's a short road that we travel
Life surely unravels

We all find the same peace it's plain to see

Me I like to wander
To the solitude out yonder
Set my soul running free
My true love right beside me
A helping hand to guide me
Until the day we're set free

The sun is slowly rising just on the horizon
A new day fresh upon the sea
When I hear your voice home calling
Your love never stalling
Back in your arms is where I'd rather bee.
