Love Game

So, I sit tonight,
Drowned by my tears,
As I constantly try,
To submerge my fears.
Will it ever end,
Or is love just a game?
Is there even a way,
To avoid the pain?
Is there such a thing,
As a perfect true love?
Or is it just a contest,
Where noone's ever good enough?
Do you ever find "the one,"
Or does your mind just play tricks?
Are hearts meant to be perfect,
Or broken with a faux-fix?
Right now, how I feel,
Is that love's just a game,
And there's never a cure,
For the murderous pain.

This is probably the only poem I have ever read that seems to say what I think...On topic though I really liked your style and your poem. Keep on writing.
