LOVE FOR MY KITTEN
Our cute and fluffy kitten
Fits in the palm of my hand.
Holding her, I am smitten
As I listen to her purring band.
Adorable, tiny cat
Is hiding we know not where.
Seems she curled up to lay flat
On my neck, under my hair.
Precious, playful, small kitty
Paws all things in soccer play.
With curls, jabs and leaps silly
She tosses her food like prey.
Our little, kitty-baby
Plays with her favorite toys
And is often stubborn crazy
To claw our feet for her joys.
Small, adventurous kitten
Loves boxes, drawers and baskets
That she may tightly fit in
Cause snugly is fantastic.
Fragile, curious kitten
Loves all places unbidden.
It is her given mission
To hide in bath and kitchen.
Family is our baby feline,
To care for with loving praise.
Her cute ways add sunshine.
She is a blessing to raise.
