Love For a Moment
I loved you for a moment
How beautiful is that
I may forget, but I hope I do not
The beauty of your eyes
The smile of adoration
I was loved in return for a few moments
We did not know each other but love kindled our hearts
How beautiful is love to kind me so softly
To remind me of its sweetness
But only a few moments
Do I have to pray for more
Is this all I deserve
Thank you for the few moments of beauty
Her eyes will live in my heart
