Love Conquers All

Love conquers all It's often been said But recently more now than ever It's so very obvious Wherever I turn Love enters my every endeavour Always been in love With the joy of love Since Janice, my first ever crush Grade two it was Remember it well Her life is filled with love I trust There's been others Not that many A couple have never left my heart Stayed with this guy For all these years Been in love with love from the start It makes this old world Keep spinning around Can you imagine this place without love I'd cash in my chips Not worth the effort Love and friendship go hand in glove

such an uplifting poem about the value of love and friendship. I enjoyed reading about your 2d grade crush--mine was Jeff Budlong. I still remember how my heart flittered on Valentine's Day when he gave me a little Valentine's card. Oh how I thought I was 'in love!' I grew up in a loving family and love is the cornerstone of my heart and actions with everyone. Sounds like you grew up in a loving home as well. Your kind and loving spirit comes through in your words. Thanks for sharing! hugs
