Love Can
Love can change everything or so I am told
Except for the fact that we all will grow old
Many people come and then simply disappear
But when they are gone the memories we hold dear.
Love remembers everything no exceptions to the rules
It's not in a book or something that you learn in school
Instead it grows inside you much like a seed
The more it grows the more you shall need.
Love can conquer anything friend or foe
It reaches inside and touches your soul
The world can't exist if there is no love
No hell below us, no heaven above.
Love holds us together along with what we believe
Melting the ice from the long winters freeze
Senses awaken as the snow leaves the ground
Springtime arrives without making a sound.
