Love and Kindness
Love and kindness so good and rare,
Show how much you really care.
A smile, a card, a friendly touch,
Raise our spirits oh, so.......much.
Visiting the sick and helping a friend,
Solving problems, people's hearts to mend.
Even where hustle and bustle seem to abound,
Love and kindness can still be found.
Spreading peace and harmony along the way,
Keeping loneliness and depression far at bay.
Love and kindness keep spirits from strife,
While on this journey - we call life!
