Love Abides

Love Abides 
      When you come home from a very hectic day..
      I reach up and kiss you; with few words to say..

      You smile at me and it melts my heart..
      I smile back at you, I have loved you from the start..

      There were some rough patches along the way..
      We will work them out together, come what may...

      Through the years, our love has grown..
      Through many trials and heartaches; our seeds we have sown..

      I am dedicated to you with my heart, soul and mind...
      Our love will survive far beyond time..

      Our hearts are together as one again...
      Past, present and future; until the very end..

      Our love will abide and carry us through...
      What I am trying to say is "I love you"
