Love
He thought that the sky
Held something of her own
This sky above the fields
She had stars in her eyes
And the wind in her hair
She seemed, anyhow,
All light, glowing
Like some bird
Tears filled his eyes
As he looked at her
She stood there
Giving him more beauty
For nothing, for ever
For watching merely
