Love
It's not what you think it is
It's a pain in your heart
That never goes away
And leaves a scar for life
You give somebody your heart
And also your soul
They take it from you
And they break it
Then you're left with no heart
And no longer a soul
All you have is a broken heart
And a body with no soul
You're left searching
For that special someone
That can fix your heart
And give you a soul
But you find no one
Worthy of fixing your heart
And giving you a soul
Because your trust is gone
Love is all about trust
Without it, you have nothing
Love is also about pain
With it, you learn
You learn to be careful
Of who you choose
Because you trust no one
For fear of a broken heart
