Love

Love
Why do you laugh at me
Why do you hold me hostage
Why not set me free

Love
What sense of humor you have
I hear your sadistic laugh
The jokes are all at my expense
I laugh along in my defense

Love
Why do you pretend to be a friend of mine
Oh, how you love to tell your lovely lies

Love
Let loose your hold on me
Just break your chains
And set me free
