Love
Love is all around
Just look above to the skies
To the clouds, to the mountains, to the unknown
There is love there waiting for you to take hold
It calls out to you everyday asking you to heed its call
To follow and believe, to follow and believe
Even if you can't see or can't see clearly
Follow the path strictly and in full Faith
Trust in what you can't see or hold
Trust in the power of the unknown, the power of the "to come"
Kick fear to the dust, to the curb, let it go
Grab hold of the hand that reaches out to you
Reach out to those in need, help others believe
Be by their side, watch and wait, watch and wait, in full surprise
The anticipation is here, the restlessness that you feel
As you wait for the chance, wait for the chance
Waiting for the call, ears alert, body engaged
Ready to move out, push forward, make it happen
The one I can trust, confide in more than any other
The power, the spirit, the Holy Spirit, the possibilities
New chances, new risks, new beginnings
New ways of looking at the same words and sounds
Appreciate the beauty you create in each one of us, Lord
Praise you for planting the seeds of our hopes and dreams
For challenging us to be brave, bold, and declare truths
Necessary truths that the world needs to hear
Is dying to hear.
A world that needs healing through your precious Name.
