Love

You cannot feel it,
yet you know it's there,

It's thicker than water,
but thinner than air.

No sense of feeling,
yet it hurts so much,

It has no color,
it has no touch.

You sense it's there
but you cannot feel.

You cannot see it,
but you know it's real.

Each time you kiss,
it floats around.

Totally invisible
and without a single sound.

Like God, you cannot see it,
but you still know it's there,

it's thicker than water,
but thinner than air.
