Love
Love is like the fierce burning sun,
So hot and all consuming.
I felt it the day I met you,
And I knew that you were the one.
Love is like a deep, deep green lake
That has no visible bottom.
In you I am drowning
and holding my breath till I ache.
Love is something completely true.
It is pure and clean and whole.
Marrying you led me to the truth.
I learned, that love, my dear, is you.
