We were inseparable in the beginning
like a double cupid's arrow
when I think about us
Lost love - Love lost
She had a smile, soft as rose petals
a mesmerizing personality, so captivating
she possessed a heart, open and wide as angel wings
Lost love - Love lost
Our love for each other was magical
when reminiscing about the past, I think of us
friendship, bonds our relationship
Lost love - Love lost
The aroma of bacon and eggs fill the air
as we sat down to have breakfast
while enjoying the freshness of morning
Lost love - Love lost
Good times and bad times, we enjoyed together
as we dedicated sixteen years to each other
building an enduring friendship, based on love
