Lost Love

The sun sets
as the moon rise.
I used to hold that special
glow in my eyes.
Once he's gone
there's no turning back.
As the moonlight fade
the night turns pitch black.
The happiness in my
life has ceased to exist.
For the love of my
life has gone a miss.
The heat that we had
has turned into cold.
The love that we had
has now grown old.
