Lost Love
I am so happy now even though I know I had to say gooodbye,
I've had your love before and I know,
No matter how hard I try,
I can never and will never retrieve the lost dreams,
The thoughts of you will always float around in my mind,
And you will always be there,
Now you're with her, I understand,
I must move on, I must be strong,
But I will never forget what we had, and that was love,
I'm saying goodbye and closing the doors,
The last tears have been cried and the hurt will hurt no more.
