Lost At Sea

Drifting soundly, oh so lulled
Over pearl moonlit waters
Purpose views, beneath a cloud
This stray forever straying.
It seeks to find an answer lost
Within a deep so empty
To flee a place so rich in sin
And bathe in pool of justice plenty.
I stare beyond that silver seam
For time is ever lending
Waiting… just waiting
A wait forever pending.

It was such a pleasure to read your poetry today Rosie. I hope to be able in the next few weeks to find the time and energy to read and comment. May you walk through the garden of inspiration and continue to write and share your poetry with us. Love, Carol
