Lost and Awake

What I thought was revolution. Was actually simple confusion. I left a message and went missing. And with that my mind had gone fishing. For hope that someday someone would follow. But for now I swim in a pool that is hollow. Hello? I call and my voice echoes with fright. But I bounced back quickly and felt delight. For I am alone for no one to send me to sleep. I miss my mom, so now I weep. And then I forget all over again. A treacherous wakefulness, I take for a spin.
