Lost

Lost and alone like a ship at sea with no wind to push the sail no compass to guide its path so it floats aimlessly into the night. An airline pilot who can’t find the flight plan and merely soars among the clouds with no clear direction. A little girl separated from her mother wanders the busy streets as salty tears drip from her cheeks and chin as she frantically searches the face of every stranger who passes her by.
