Lost
I never thought it would end in this way
Losing you..
The pain, the words
Not knowing what to say
I am lost
For so long, we were one…
Together
Never feeling safe alone
And yet always remaining fearful of our bond
Proving this to serve as the outcome
Why..
Now when I say your name
Just an untouchable memory..
One that will never be again
It’s never going to be the same
A tear begins to form
On it’s way,,,waiting to fall
In the same way
As your love for me
Hitting the darkened ground…
Spilling into it’s million pieces…
Never to be whole again
Our journey’s have started..
Each a solo voyage showing tattered pieces..
With haunting dreams…shattered thoughts
Lonely souls frantically searching
Hoping to find lost innocence once again
The pain won’t ease…
Even though they say it will,
But no one ever knows when
My cries never running dry..
Showing that my heart never being whole again
