Lost

I look in the mirrow
Who do I see
A perfect stranger
Looking back at me
The girl I once was
Was perky and bold
Now all I am
Is jaded and cold
The sparkle has gone
Out of my blue eyes
Now they're full
Of anger, hurt, and despise
I used to belive
In fate, love, and trust
Now I'm just filled
With hate and discust
So I keep looking
Trying to see
The happier person
I long to be
I will keep searching
No matter the cost
I'm tired of being
All alone and lost
