Loss Innocence

**
In my dreams at night, ghosts come back to haunt my life. Demons rip their way to the surface. His face reappears for the time being. Seeing over and over again, where my innocence ended. Remembering how it felt laying there Picturing the room we would go into. Hearing the things he would say. As the numbness fades away. I’m ready to feel the pain again. With as hard as it will be I’m ready to talk freely.

Where ever love can find it's way. That's where the dream turns into day. And if we live to love again. We must be brave and just say when.

Sometimes letting some of our 'demons' out can help cleanse the soul...have been down many a 'dark road' in my own time...I am glad to see your courage around every line...do not fear the darkness, embrace it and see what you make of it...sometimes it will surprise you...make you stronger...love, hugs and kisses.... shannon
