Losing You

You were but a fleeting moment to calm my insanity Bridging the gap of conciousness to outright calamity Behind eyes of sorrow False words of tomorrow From ruby red lips Twisted sounds Shaking Trembling the grounds Beneath me Lies and deceit Masked by vows of love Causing little doubt Within becomes without The air in my lungs Needed to shout To scream Shake me Awaken me From this nightmare This endless dream Of yesterdays visions Of closed eyes Blinded by my fears Of losing you
