Losing Weight

Secrets do reveal themselves
They never stay suppressed
Many times just coming out
So often when not best
Trying to keep’em deep inside
Becomes a heavy load
So they feel they must come out
Is why so often they explode

But then it is so very clear
When all the secrets air
The people who deserve to know
Reveal they just don’t care
The weight on shoulders goes away
The truth then sets you free
Thank God for secrets coming out
They then just let you be
