Losing my Center

I'm losing my center I melt from within Soft on my heartstrings You slip through my skin I'm needing to hold you So please let me try For today is a lifetime And tomorrow another goodbye Remember last summer when we took the hog on up to the mountains and through hot spring falls the flowers a whirl of purple and green I hold you too tight And you slip through my wings I'm needing to hold you So please let me try For today is a lifetime And tomorrow another goodbye Remember that dive bar? How we snuck out back And smoked that dirt weed and ate delicious snacks You told me you loved me,and I believed to be true So please let me hold you before i'm just dreaming of you I'm needing to hold you So please let me try For today is a lifetime And tomorrow another goodbye I'm losing my center I melt from within Soft on my heartstrings You slip through my skin I'm needing to hold you So please let me try For today is a lifetime And tomorrow another goodbye
