Losing Me

So I called you mine back when we were young
Used to play my games and had so much fun
But yesterday was dream holding your hand
Eventually changed when you held someone’s arm

Uttered bunch of spells to keep you falling in love
Thought it was a magic but suddenly it was gone
Now I see your grin shrilling with joy
You made this love so much to enjoy

As I slumped in the mud seeing my filthy face
Seeing you close with someone else’s embrace
But I realized my worth as a person
That gives me life to live for obvious reason.
