Lose Some Weight

I gotta diet and lose some weight.
So I don't start to feel the hate.

I'm slowing down on what I eat.
Trying not to eat anything sweet.

I cannot walk I cannot run.
Slowing the food is what I've done.

No bread no dairy or nothing fried.
If I can't do it then atleast I tried.

Teresa, it would be hard not to be able to walk for exercise. Just cutting food is so difficult. I sure hope you can succeed. I know the stress of dieting for sure. LUv, Andrea
