LORD MAKE ME A VESSEL

I came with nothing.
just me and my sins
Lord make me an offering
towards a new beginning
I stand before You now
lost and confused
Lord make me a vessel
that You can use

Lord make me a vessel
a receptacle for Your divine plans
Lord make me a vessel
so on Your righteousness I can stand

I came here with nothing
empty and void
Lord allow Your grace and mercy
unto me be deployed
I stand before You God
forlorn and forsaken
Lord make me a vessel
now spiritually awakened

Lord make me a vessel
a receptacle to Your divine plans
Lord make me a vessel
so on Your righteousness I can stand

no longer do I desire to be hopeless
no longer do I want life's disdain
renew me, Lord debut me
in Your Son Jesus's name
fill up my emptiness
saturate me with Your grace
pour into me Your mercy
Your holiness I now embrace

Lord make me a vessel
a receptacle to Your divine plans
Lord make me a vessel
so on Your righteousness I can firmly stand

Lord make me a vessel
a receptacle to Your divine plans
Lord make me a vessel
so on Your righteousness I can forever stand

now before You
renewed and reclaimed
Your willing servant
in a new spiritual frame
