Loop

Rows and Rows of Angelic faces
Dressed in dreams vows and laces
Tied with promises at the Alter
Words exchanged and now we Falter.

Darkness and dots blur my vision
Drowning in tears of confusion
Please help me to swim back to shore
My heart split open, how much more?

My mind swirls around the possibility
That we can work out this hostility
Believing you when I look into your eyes
Putting joy back into my heart, never wanting
to hear goodbye's.

If only I could stop watching my back
Tired now, of losing track
Drowning again with you standing above watching me
Pushing my head under, I drown again, I cannot see.
