Looking To the Pink Sky

When I look to the pink sky
I see eternity
I see forever
And someday whispering to me
Reflecting on the gray future
Ignoring the past
Waiting to see
What the cold tomorrows will bring
Yesterdays are never
Today is always
So I see someday as a quest
That will never begin
Moving forward
Never looking ahead
Closing my eyes
Dreaming of what is dead
Looking inside
To the depths of my red soul
Hearing the bitter wind blow
As my forever dreams turn black instead gold

Smile, "Wow!" ~ What an absolutely splendid reflection perhaps within oneself about, the recognition of the darkness which accompanies hopelessness in regards to having deadened dreams....Smile, "You," are going to be a very good writer dear; that's, my prophecy for you! Smile, "Much Warmth To You & Yours Loves, John! ~ "Bye":)
