Look Beyound Me

I am a
black
woman
i speak my
mind but i
mind what
i say,
music
moves and
art defines
me, i write
to express
my
emotions
a pen is a
friend that
tell my
stories & a
paper
accepts my
expression
yes i am! I
am a black
woman
but my
heart is
pure like a
piece of
jewel
i'm loved
by those
who
knows my
worth,
while
others
choose to
judge
without
knowing
forgetting
there's
more than
what
meets the
eye
i am a
dreamer,
who
dreams
bigger
than
imagination
& my
visions
inspire my
creativity
that
embraces
the beauty
of art
I am, i am
a lover of
life i see
impossibilitie
possible
i accept
challengies
but not
defeat & i
look
beyound
the limits
because i
intend to
break
bounderies
i am a
black
woman.

You show a lot of spirit and there is exaltation in your poem. You might consider changing the title, though titles are much less important than the body of the work...a suggestion for title 'Look beyond' or even 'Look Beyond Me' if you want to change the content to give something more for the reader to consider. Keep doin what you do!
