Look At You
Find the courage to face upto the truth,
the reflection of yourself that needs to change,
be honest enough to trace it to the root,
and never fear the embarrassment or pain.
if you lie to yourself about your own reality,
you will never improve or progress,
realism doesn't act fake or show vanity,
look for ways to make more of less.
the error of today can be fixed tomorrow,
but it wont if it is not confronted,
it may embarrass or cause you sorrow,
destined to repeat if you run from it.
you must try and fail and try again,
if you give up it'll only worsen,
everyday is a day your life could end,
and the chance to be a better person.
