Look At Me

You brought me too my knees,
I'm not as strong as I used to be.
Once i had confidence,
Now I have defense.
I'm the enemy in your eyes,
I'm captured in this web of lies.
I sit alone with only a prayer,
And my body shakes with despair.
You've taken from me all you can take,
You made sure I paid for each mistake.
You watch me sit in total fear,
And laugh at each and every tear.
I lean against this giant wall,
And pray that God will take my call.
You tell the world of all my faults,
And now you win by default.
I look around
And its plain to see,
Your wish came true,
Just look at me.
