Look At Me

Don’t take the joy of a child, don’t take an innocent girl and make her wild, Don’t think that you can just control her, or you can just pass by and forget her, She will be better off as a loner, then being trapped in your tiny corner, Freedom is a privilege and you take that away, It makes her want to take a walk and stay astray, Her heart is huge but it can easily be broken, Just like a special once lost token, You will never know what her tears mean, You want her perfectly spotless and clean, Have you ever taken the time to look in her eyes, To see all those reasons why she truly cries, Have you ever wanted to take one day not to think, One day to see how precious life can be in a simple blink, Have you ever put yourself in her shoes, To see why she gives life certain views, To see why see acts the way she does, to see reasons for the life’s because, Her heart sinks low when your upset, it feels like a relationship threat, She wishes you would look at her and see the beauty, the beauty of her soul and eyes and know her life duty, To serve you all of her love and make you a happy man, but how can she when her life is being scanned, What ever happen to I love you for who you are, not for who I wish you to be , a nights bright star, Please look at who I am and what I can give, for you are the reason I wish to live!
