Long Roads Journey

Too long this course our journey bound
Past lands of trial and change,
But the distant road leads us nowhere
Along a path only mortals tread

But the hours seem too lonely
When in thought our memories wait,
And the passion of illusions dwell
Then are overwhelmed by the things we say

Too long the time to journeys end,
Past those of trial and change,
On a long roads journey to nowhere
Over a path where mortals tread
