Long Lost Love

Tell me who to love

Tell me it's not real

Make be believe it's immoral

Just because she's gone doesn't mean she isn't real

I can see her everyday

I hold her hand even though you can't see it

Tell me it's wrong to not be able to say goodbye

Tell me I'm wrong for not letting go

Make me believe that I'm crazy

Just because you don't understand me

Doesn't mean she isn't still here for me

Tell me I'm wrong for reusing to release her cold hand

Tell me I'm wrong for wanting to be immortal

Just so I can see her breathe again

Don't tell me it's immoral to want to jump in to join her

Don't tell me you can't see her cold lifeless hand as I dive in the water

Make me believe that I'm just crazy

But losing her was not just a dream

Tell me you can see me now

Tell me you can see us together

Make me believe you couldn't live without me
