Lonely Waters
The shade of black pierced your sight
And you wondered where you would go
In your thoughts you were so bright
But this time you could not glow
The weight of the world before you
Arrests the beating of your heart
It forbids you from going through
Until it's time for your time to start
Lonely waters flow
For where worries could not grow
The solemn wind brings the silence
To tame the pierce of pestilence
I could not sleep so I used my wakefulness to compose this
