Lonely Rose

Alone in a meadow
Stood but one rose
Kissed by the dew
Color so bold

The sun shines down
On its beautiful face
A gentle reminder
Of Gods warm embrace

As the spring comes upon us
And each day is a new
May that rose soon be picked
And given to you
