Lonely Melody
A breeze traveling through the night.
A empty sky without the moon to guide those in flight.
There's nothing to say to something with no stars.
There's nothing tonight to see at all.
The house on the hill screaming for help.
No one comes to hear the song of the one
who lost it all.
A sad life, forever alone lies the girl singing a song
that no one can hear
because no one is there.
The piano giving its all.
The sadness inside that cries in need
for someone to come.
All it wants is to be heard by the ones it loves.
A melody in the night.
So lonely with no one in sight.
It's not lonely because no one hears.
They have all heard the same melody
for many years.
A lonely melody is caused because no one cares.
