Loneliness

There inside take a look
It is dark and locked
I am haunted
A phantom I could not fathom
Oh! I feel a deafening silence.

This sigh is a hook
I am dangled and choked
I am hunted
I wish my knew was new
Oh! I feel a deafening silence.

I died the day you left
Missing you is a gain-say
My heart cannot bear this theft
To loneliness...a prey.

This is an interesting piece. I wish you had consistent rhymes throughout, though. "A phantom I could not fathom"--great verse.
