LoGgEr HeAdS

Now in diffrent beds
But you liked to stray!
What one now dreads
Your game you play,

Always at logger heads
It seems day after day!
Tearing each other shreads
Things we would both say

Someones called the feds
Now they are on their way
Did you take your meds?
You are starting to sway

This is clever in that, to me, it shows how the dysfunction between a couple can turn loving once the cops are called, meaning anything seriously wrong other than as caused by them, can turn them tender. They were just doing their thing while, sadly, unaware of what it was doing to them. CayCay

A darkly comic take on a toxic relationship, with the “game” turning from verbal sparring into real consequences. The repeated -eds and -ay rhymes give it a catchy, almost taunting momentum that suits the escalating tension.
