Locked In a Cage

Locked in a cage With no key Frightened faces Is all I now see Keep roaring my thunder Through the bars With a blinding fury To cover the scars Majestic and proud Once roamed this land As far as I could see Was at my command Lured into a trap By lies and deceit Caught in a snare Hanging by my feet Tamed by the whip For public view Now on display At the city zoo Keep roaring my thunder All these years With a blinding fury To cover my tears

Sad it is, Richard :-( why do you feel trap? Is there no way out? Sometimes keeping myself caged up keeps me in control. But this is not the case here. not the kind of furry to build on... thanks for sharing *PD*
