Lizzie

She lays there dying in here mother's arms. Only an hour old. So innocent. So pure. Doesn't know how cruel the world can be. She will be speared this feat. Her mother will forever grieve. Never forgetting that fateful day. Wishing it had happened differently. Then again glad it happened the way it did. There she lays in her mother's arms dying. Taking one last final breath in her only hour of life. So innocent; so pure. Never knowing this cold cruel world.
