Lizard Pride

Lizard Pride

A Friday night at Dardanelle High,
The nation’s flag is being raised to the sky.

Red and White, the bleachers fill.
The Lizards will win. They will they will.

The alma mater’s being played.
Lizard pride is catching, whatever the grade.

The Fight Song begins and the next thing you know.
The Sand Lizards pride begins to show.

The fans all stand to cheer their team,
And with Lizard Pride everyone will beam.

They may be reptiles, but they’re three and one
You can’t say that about just anyone!

Am I proud to be a Lizard? You bet I am!
And I’m proud that Dardanelle is my home town!
