Living On

I want to be close to you,
but I know I can't.

Separated by circumstance
it makes me wanna rant

I want to be there for you
when you're feeling down,

but to be quite honest,
I wont be around.

The fear of loosing something,
I really never had.

The fear of losing someone
makes me really sad,

We all need someone to talk to,
we all need someone who cares,

but with all things considered,
life has its snares.

In a perfect world,
it wouldn't be this way.

In a perfect world,
we could hang out all day.

I live on day by day,
waiting for something better.

I live on day by day,
to escape the fetter.
