Living In Exile

I never did felt belonged
I never really do have the need
From most everything I’m always gone
For I know... nothing is forever to keep

Of times to fuel despair
With time to ascertain uncertainties
Yet be nothing to compare
For that change to remain in broken sanities

To be exactly lying is true
A nature we gotten to be good at
To be lied to... if you knew
Yet to know... have you that certainty to be glad?

And one day we shall turn
No matter the prevention to endure
Too careful yet unlearned
Have you grown to be pure?

Changing for the better of times to keep
Don’t everything in time... feels gone?
Thoughts presented with circumstances for a need
Yet... when did everything truly belong?
