Notes About The Poem

This poem is just a gentle reminder to not let the woes of life prevent you from living your life. Each day is a blessing, a renewed chance, a renewed beginning, a new opportunity to make memorable moments to add to our treasure chest of beautiful memories. Since tomorrows are never promised, always just a maybe, we shouldn't take today for granted nor be reluctant to tell those we Love how much they mean to us nor hesitant to show kindness to another for it may be our last chance either for ourselves to show this or others' last chance to receive.

Live Your Life

LIVE Your LIFE today as though it is your last.
Tomorrow's just a maybe, what is past is past.
Words you've meant to say,
Speak them now, don't delay,
For words unspoken as of yet,
Another chance you may not get,
Leaving tomorrows filled with regret,
A relentlessly due, non-payable debt.
Live today as special, make memories unique,
Today is here and now, tomorrow do not seek,
What may or may not come to pass, meet its fruition,
Let living now, today, be your goal, your ambition.
When tomorrow arrives, if it ever comes to be,
Feeling blessed, free of regrets, embrace it joyfully.
Make each day memorable before adding to your past.
LIVE Your LIFE every day as though it is your last.
